Just spoke with Steven about issues I am having with my dryer. Instead of coming over and charging me for a service visit and repair he listened, asked a few questions, and gave me suggestions to take care of it myself and save $200 +.
Will definitely look him up again when it is time to buy a washer or dryer!

Steven was awesome. I had an issue with my washer and called him up. He came out within a couple of hours and had it up and running quickly. They advertised their price upfront and stuck to it. Great deal and he did a phenomenal job. I’ll definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Both our washer and dryer quit within six weeks of one another. Steven at Brevard Washer and Dryer Repair came to our home the next day for the washer, and the same day for the dryer. Our washer was completely dead and he explained and showed exactly why. Our dryer was repairable and he had it going quickly. Steven will forever be my go to appliance repairman. I originally had a call in to another repair company who did not show up for their scheduled appointment. I called Steven who showed up in 15 minutes to repair my front loading washer. He was extremely courteous, worked diligently until he found the leak in my washing machine, and the cost was only $69. I will refer him to all that ask!

I called to ask about having someone come take a look at my broken washer. Steven was very nice over the phone and basically diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote on the phone. He arrived at my house right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ran home to get a different part than what he was expecting, and came back to install it. Once he replaced the part, which did not fix the issue, he dug deeper and found out that the washer was completely broken inside (basically unable to be fixed). I was thankful that he spent the time to take apart my washer and truly discover what the problem was. The whole process took him about 30 min in total. He worked fast and seemed to truly care about helping me. He charged me a fraction of the cost of the quoted price since he was unable to fix the useless washer. I am very happy with his quick response and honesty. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Had trouble with the washer (a Sunday afternoon), left message. Steven called back within 20 minutes, outlined some things I could try, but in case it didn’t work, we set up an appointment the next day. He came, diagnosed the problem, and since it was a different part, something he didn’t have on his truck, he promised to find it and come back. Called a couple of days later and met latter that afternoon and installed the part which took care of the problem. All this for less than $100, parts/labor. Great service, good price, excellent experience. Well done Steven, I’ll spread the word. and thank you for your efforts.
