Just had Steven come by and look at our broken washing machine. He was on time, found the issue quickly, and recommended an inexpensive fix for the problem. He could have charged me a lot more to install it himself but showed me how to do it myself. My new go to guy for all appliance issues.

We were so pleased with Steve’s prompt service. We called him at 9 (the day after Christmas) and he arrived at 3 and found the problem to be a switch on our washing machine which he had with him and fixed immediately, and was complete within 1/2 hour. Wow. $118 including the part.

I called to ask about having someone come take a look at my broken washer. Steven was very nice over the phone and basically diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote on the phone. He arrived at my house right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ran home to get a different part than what he was expecting, and came back to install it. Once he replaced the part, which did not fix the issue, he dug deeper and found out that the washer was completely broken inside (basically unable to be fixed). I was thankful that he spent the time to take apart my washer and truly discover what the problem was. The whole process took him about 30 min in total. He worked fast and seemed to truly care about helping me. He charged me a fraction of the cost of the quoted price since he was unable to fix the useless washer. I am very happy with his quick response and honesty. I will definitely use this company in the future!
